I and a group of professionals have set up this non-for profit organization in Lahore, Pakistan as we are united through our shared interest of improving the living conditions of the inmates in Kot Lakput Jail. Some of our projects include eye camps for the needy where they can receive free eye exams, surgeries and glasses along with work done to improve the conditions of Kot Lakput Jail.

When I started visiting the Central Jail in 1985, there were no facilities available in the jail for providing dental treatment to the inmates. At that point I decided to set up a clinic for providing free dental treatment to the inmates. To accomplish this, I first had to set up an NGO and then was able to complete setting up the dental clinic with the assistance of the NGO members.

By the grace of Allah, we now have a well-equipped clinic, with two dental chairs along with all the necessary instruments for providing the highest quality of care. Along with providing regular dental treatment we are also preparing complete and partial dentures for the inmates to facilitate them in eating food comfortably. Moreover, I believe it is worth noting that I pride myself on providing the inmates with a standard and level of care that I would for any paying patient at my own clinic.
